Role Description

The Drywall Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Washington, MD. This role oversees drywall projects from planning through completion, including reviewing drawings and specifications, preparing schedules, coordinating materials and labor, and monitoring progress on job sites. The Drywall Project Manager will manage subcontractors, communicate with clients and internal teams, and ensure work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking budgets, handling change orders, resolving field issues and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The role also involves working closely with ownership and supervisors to improve processes, meet deadlines, and support the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
