Corporate Project Manager – Professional Services - FULLY REMOTE

Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-impact initiatives from start to finish. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, drive timelines and budgets, and ensure smooth execution across multiple projects. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love bringing structure to complexity, this could be the perfect fit.

Our client is a highly desirable company to work for, and you can live and work anywhere in the USA. All candidates must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship requirements or restrictions. This is a 15-week contract, but could turn into something longer and a potentially (not guaranteed) permanent role.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive full project lifecycles—from planning and kickoff to delivery and closeout.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all project communications.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to keep deliverables on track.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources to keep everything running smoothly.
• Communicate risks, resolve issues, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Track performance metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and contribute to process refinement.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of project management experience, ideally within a professional services setting.
• Experience collaborating with sales, service, and delivery teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using project management tools, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• CAPM certification or willingness to obtain within two years is a plus.
