Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. in Lexington, SC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from kickoff to completion. You will coordinate with estimators, superintendents, and vendors to deliver on time and within budget, while ensuring safety and quality standards.

This role emphasizes customer service, growth opportunities, and an employee-owned culture within a collaborative team environment in the Southeast.

Qualifications

5+ years of field experience in construction.
Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task.
Detail driven with an accounting mindset—Know your costs.
Excellent organizational skills—sequences and order.
Computer and technology savvy.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise assigned construction projects from start to finish.
Oversee day-to-day project activity.
Ensure work meets contract documents.
Coordinate hand-offs from estimating department.
Administer budgets, contracts, materials, and equipment.
Lead and grow the team with a growth mindset.
Prioritize safety, quality, schedule, and customer service.
Perform on-site coordination, quality control, and costs tracking.
Collaborate with superintendents, vendors, and purchasing for material coordination.
