You will receive hand-offs from estimating and coordinate with superintendents, vendors, and the purchasing department to assure material coordination and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in the trade.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage costs and budgets.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and technology.
• Proven strong work ethic and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise assigned construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee day-to-day activities on site to ensure progress.
• Ensure work is built per contract documents.
• Receive hand-offs from estimating department.
• Administer budgets, contracts, materials and equipment.
• Demonstrate leadership and a growth mindset within the team.
• Prioritize safety, quality, schedule, and customer service.
• Handle contract preparation, on-site coordination, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, vendors, and procurement to secure materials.
