Qualifications

• B.S. degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, finance or accounting is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management with substantial estimating background (2+ years as assistant estimator).
• MBA is a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets using historical data from previous projects.
• Visit pending and active projects to ensure correct field methods and total project knowledge.
• Possess knowledge of local material, labor and equipment costs.
• Oversee and track all labor on each project.
• Provide predetermined deliverables in a timely manner.
• Manage and develop team members for growth.
• Represent the company in site operations and client relations.
