Job summary

CASEY Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Drywall Project Manager to own all aspects of drywall projects, from submittals to site visits and material management, while building strong client relationships. You will report to the Senior PM and coordinate with field teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure work is performed to contract documents, on time and within budget.

Knowledge of local building codes and cost controls will be essential, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in commercial drywall.
• Knowledge of local material, labor and equipment costs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Strong customer service and scheduling focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, including management of personnel.
• Coordinate with field teams and suppliers on material orders.
• Attend on-site project meetings with clients as required.
• Process RFIs, Shop Drawings, Submittals, Daily Job Reports and other forms.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Oversee all phases to ensure routine actions of the job.
• Ensure work aligns with contract documents.
• Implement contract preparation, on-site coordination quality control and tracking costs.
• Oversee/manage materials, equipment, contracts, and budgets.
• Maintain knowledge of local building codes in assigned locations.
• Continuously develop knowledge for all product lines.
• Ensure commitments to safety and quality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Drywall Project Manager will own and manage all aspects of the project including but not limited to submittals, site visits, material management, punch list etc. while building excellent lasting relationships with our customers. Will report to and work closely with the Senior PM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, including the management of personnel on projects
• Coordinate with field teams and suppliers on material orders
• Attend on site project meetings with clients as required
• Process RFI’s, Shop Drawings, Submittals, Daily Job Reports and other required forms
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Oversee all phases to ensure routine actions of the job
• Make certain work is being built in accordance with contract documents
• Implement contract preparation, on-site coordination quality control and tracking costs
• Oversee/manage material, equipment, contracts, and budgets
• Maintain understanding of all local, city, and state building codes in assigned locations
• Continuously develop and improve upon knowledge for all product lines
• Ensure all are committed to safety and quality
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working in commercial drywall trade
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Knowledge of local material, labor, and equipment costs
  • Be sufficient in Microsoft programs and other project management software’s
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to lead with customer service and schedules in mind

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 (based on skills, experience, and education).
