Job summary

360 Headhunter is seeking a Drywall Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution of commercial drywall and interior construction projects in Sioux Falls, SD. You will review drawings, coordinate with general contractors and field crews, and help manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience, plus strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read construction plans and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and commercial construction practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings and specifications for drywall and interior systems.
• Coordinate with general contractors and field personnel to align on schedules.
• Manage RFIs and submittals.
• Assist with material procurement and change orders.
• Track project costs and schedules; maintain project documentation.
• Support quality control, safety compliance, labor productivity, and profitability.
