Job summary

Burnett Staffing Specialists seeks an experienced Drywall Project Manager / Estimator to lead commercial drywall and framing projects from estimating through completion.

You will read plans, prepare estimates, supervise subcontractors, manage schedules, budgets, and quality while coordinating with general contractors and vendors. This role requires travel between jobsites and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial construction project management and/or estimating.
• Strong knowledge of commercial framing and drywall.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and analyze construction plans, specs, and project documents.
• Prepare and manage estimates for commercial drywall and framing projects.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and laborers.
• Ensure materials are properly ordered, delivered, and stored on the jobsite.
• Maintain accurate project drawings, specifications, schedules, and documentation.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and overall quality.
• Create, manage, and oversee project punch lists.
• Travel between jobsites as needed.
