Job description

If you are an amazing Drywall Hanger interested in a career where you can grow and expand, then apply and see the opportunities that we have for you. Working with us, you would be Installing wallboards to ceilings or to interior walls on commercial and government projects.


For this role, you will be responsible for:



  • Read and understand project blueprints.

  • Supervising relevant construction team.

  • Measure and cut materials.

  • Make sure that all seams are perfectly straight and that corners are square and even.

  • Installing wallboard, drywall, or plasterboard in construction projects.

  • Hanging drywall on ceilings and walls using nails or screws for fastening into place.

  • Inspecting completed work and verifying it with the design and blueprint.

  • Be able to work on scaffold, aerial lifts, ladders, and stilts.

  • Be able to use powder actuated tools and lasers.

  • Work indoors and outdoors.

  • Must be able to work individually and as a team player.

  • Maintain construction schedules including phasing.

  • And other duties as assigned by your manager.


Additional Qualifications that will make you successful in the role:



  • Have commercial drywall hanging experience with knowledge of material, methods, tools, and plans/layouts/prints involved in the installation of sheetrock, gyp board, plasterboard, and wallboard.

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in a relative trade.

  • Tools and transportation.

  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day.

  • Ability to pass a drug test.
