Miles-McClellan Construction is seeking a Drywall Foreman to lead commercial drywall crews, coordinate daily operations, and ensure safety and quality on site. You will review drawings, manage manpower and materials, and collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to maintain schedules.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in drywall with leadership experience, a strong safety background, and the ability to mentor crew members while upholding company standards.

  • Communicate project progress, concerns, and resource needs to project leadership.
  • Identify and resolve jobsite challenges to maintain quality, productivity, and schedule performance.

What You'll Do

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of drywall installation experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Experience leading drywall crews on commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of drywall installation, finishing, texturing, ceiling systems, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
  • Experience coordinating labor, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices.
  • Proven leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to train, mentor, and develop crew members.
  • Experience maintaining quality standards and managing productivity in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
