Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in drywall and painting.
• Able to read plan sets and finish schedules.
• Owns their work; walls must be straight, smooth and sellable.
• Punctual, reliable; comfortable working in English.
• Trade school or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hang, tape, mud, sand, and texture drywall to a clean, ready-to-paint finish.
• Prep, prime, and lay down paint by spray, roller, and brush with sharp cut-ins.
• Patch and touch up drywall and paint after on-site installs.
• Move between drywall and paint as the build requires, mainly inside the factory.
• Keep area clean, materials stocked, and finishes consistent across units.
