Moore Home Services in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a skilled Drywall and Stucco Technician to deliver high-quality installation, patching, and finishing on residential projects. You will perform general framing, assist with concrete work, and ensure surfaces are prepared and safe.

Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential to meet our standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. On-site responsibilities include material coordination, tool management, and keeping work areas

Qualifications

Experience in drywall, stucco installation, patching, texture matching, finishing, and painting; includes framing and concrete work.
Knowledge of construction materials, tools, methods, and safety practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Detail-oriented with commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.

Responsibilities

Drywall and stucco installation, patching, and repair with precision.
General framing tasks including measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing framing materials.
Assist with concrete work: site prep, forming, pouring, finishing.
Prepare surfaces for finishing and match textures.
Finish drywall and stucco; apply textures and painting as needed.
Inspect work to ensure quality and safety standards.
Coordinate material usage and load and organize tools.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job site.
Work with team to complete projects on time and within budget.
Document work status and communicate updates to coordinators and management.
