Qualifications

• 5 years construction experience in drywall and cold formed metal framing.
• Ability to read blueprints and design requirements.
• Understands/complies with building codes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good management and administrative skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plans and specs using marketplace programming standards.
• Record/reject incorrect deliveries of material to site.
• Review and investigate PCORs.
• Supervise onsite operations and track progress.
• Ensure work complies with local codes and regulations.
• Plan and schedule employees, equipment and supplies.
• Perform project takeoffs and coordinate purchasing of supplies and materials.
• Ensure installation quality meets requirements and company standards.
