Manganaro Building Group, LLC is seeking a Drywall Estimator to join our Pre-Construction team in Woburn, MA. The ideal candidate will interpret plans, prepare proposals, and manage cost data for bids while ensuring compliance with local building codes.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, finance, or accounting preferred.
• Assistant Estimator with 2 years of experience or 5–7 years of experience overall.

Responsibilities

• Interpret plans and specifications to prepare written proposals for bids and proposals.
• Possess knowledge of local material, labor and equipment costs.
• Maintain understanding of all local, city and state building codes in assigned locations.
• Manage and train project engineers and assistant estimators to ensure proper growth within the organization.
• Continuously develop knowledge of product lines including drywall, acoustical, doors/frames/hardware (Div 8) and specialties (Div 10).

Manganaro Building Group, LLC is seeking a Drywall Estimator to join our Pre-Construction team in Woburn, MA. If you have an eye for detail while maintaining the accuracy of your work, Manganaro has a place for you!

Manganaro is a growing company performing construction services from Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic states to New England. Manganaro has nearly 65 years of experience in drywall, masonry, concrete/masonry restoration, structural strengthening and building envelope restoration, doors/frames/hardware (Div 8) and specialties (Div 10).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Interpret plans and specifications in order to prepare written proposals for bids and proposals
• Possess knowledge of local material, labor and equipment costs
• Maintain understanding of all local, city and state building codes in assigned locations
• Manage and train project engineers and assistant project estimators to ensure proper growth within the organization
• Continuously develop and improve upon knowledge for all product lines, including drywall, acoustical, doors/frames/hardware (Div 8) and specialties (Div 10).

Education and Experience:
