The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have substantial experience in preparing proposals, understanding local building codes, and knowledge of construction materials. Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as an Assistant Estimator or 5-7 years of overall experience.
• Proficiency in interpreting plans and specifications for proposals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare written proposals for bids and proposals by interpreting plans.
• Manage and train project engineers and assistant estimators.
• Maintain knowledge of local material, labor, and equipment costs.
