Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• CPE certification preferred.
• Prior Estimator experience preferred.
• Ability to forecast building costs and use estimation formulas.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with OST and QB software.
• Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand project scope by studying documents, meeting clients, and site visits.
• Collect plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Identify cost variables and research labor/material costs.
• Gather bids and negotiate with service providers.
• Create and submit estimates to project managers.
• Budget and forecast using appropriate software.
