Job summary

BNBuilders, Inc. is seeking a Drywall Estimator to provide preconstruction support for self-perform projects, focusing on framing, drywall and insulation.

You will develop detailed quantity surveys, evaluate production, and price materials and equipment from plans and specs. This role collaborates with project managers and teams, attends preconstruction meetings, and prepares complete self-perform cost estimate packages.

Qualifications

• 3+ years or more of experience in the commercial drywall industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple tasks under differing deadlines.
• Able to communicate effectively with team and clients.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Drywall Estimator provides preconstruction support of the self-perform projects, primarily framing, drywall and insulation. This role requires detailed quantity survey, production evaluation and material/equipment pricing using applicable project plans, specifications and supporting documentation.

SALARY RANGE: $85,000 - $140,000

BENEFITS:
