Job summary

System One is seeking a Drywall- Construction Project Manager in Tulsa for a hybrid role combining onsite and remote work. You will oversee all phases of commercial metal stud framing and drywall projects, coordinating with estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

The position requires 5+ years of experience, strong scheduling/budgeting skills, and proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam. OSHA 30 is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial framing and drywall projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial metal stud framing and drywall projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate with estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Monitor field progress and address delays or issues.
• Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress billings.
• Lead weekly project meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Assist with manpower planning, logistics, and procurement.
• Maintain clear communication with field and office teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with GCs, developers, and subcontractors.
