Job summary

Nutrition 101 is seeking a Production Supervisor / Drying Supervisor in Pendleton, IN to lead daily drying and powder processing operations. You will supervise Drying Technicians, ensure safe, efficient production, and uphold quality and regulatory standards.

The role offers a clear growth path toward broader plant leadership, including progression to Assistant Plant Manager for high‑performing team members.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in machine operation or drying processes.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with industrial control systems (PLC preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex processes.
• Solid understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule a team of Drying Technicians to meet daily production goals.
• Oversee operation of drying equipment and related systems.
• Monitor control panels and PLC systems to maintain optimal processing conditions.
• Coordinate workflow to ensure timely drying of materials from Processing team.
• Train and develop team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Maintain production reports on output, downtime, and quality checks.
