Job summary

Kikkoman Foods, Inc is seeking a Bottling & Drying Operator to ensure final product quality and efficient line operation in our Wisconsin facility. This role reports to the Utility Operator and involves overseeing packaging, drying, and item transfers with a strong emphasis on food safety and GMP/HACCP compliance.

The ideal candidate will be physically capable of repetitive lifts, able to work in high temperature and humidity, and adept at operating forklifts and line equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating bottling or drying lines preferred.
• Ability to follow GMP/HACCP guidelines.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to work in high temperature and humidity.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate bottling/drying lines and monitor production output.
• Transport ingredients and finished goods safely.
• Load materials with hoists and forklifts.
• Record production data and quality checks.
• Assist changeovers and sanitation compliance.
• Adhere to safety policies and food safety regulations.
