Job summary

Novo Health Services is seeking a Dryfold Worker in Skokie, IL to join our linen processing team. You will operate folding and ironing equipment, feed linen, and ensure items are folded and placed correctly for downstream distribution.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and lift up to 20 pounds. Prior experience with folding machines is preferred and a commitment to safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and reach for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Feed clean hospital linen into folding machines.
• Meet production numbers depending on machine.
• Ensure items are folded and placed on the appropriate cart or table.
• Monitor items and work area to ensure all quality and safety standards are met.
• Understand, observe, and adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
