Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking devoted Production Associates for our fast-paced healthcare laundry facility. You will be responsible for feeding items into folding/ironing machines, sorting and packing linens, and meeting KPIs while maintaining safe, efficient operations.

We're looking for candidates who can work in a noisy environment, stand and move for long periods, and contribute to continuous improvement in a high-volume setting. Competitive pay and full-time benefits accompany this role.

Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team in our fast-paced healthcare laundry facility. We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills. Essential Functions

• Feeding clean items into machines that fold or iron
• Sorting and packing linens for delivery to hospital partners
• Sort soiled linens or recently washed linens
• Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
• Work around industrial machinery, in varying temperatures and conditions (dust, humidity, noise, etc.)
• Meet production standards and KPIs
