Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–7 years in Production and mentoring Operators.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems.
• Experience with complex equipment and system integration.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train Operators on equipment and processes.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and correct them.
• Identify training needs through observation and conversations.
• Assist Manager with performance reviews.
• Develop and update training manuals.
• Inspect production for defects and monitor quality.
• Achieve established daily performance targets.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Ensure proper material flow to machines safely.
