Qualifications

• 3–7 years of production experience.
• Experience in mentoring and/or coaching Operators.
• Strong understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate problems.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing including machine capabilities and efficiencies.
• International travel required for training.

Responsibilities

• Train operators on equipment and processes.
• Assist operators in diagnosing mechanical problems and corrections.
• Identify training needs through conversations and observation.
• Assist manager in reviewing operator performance.
• Assist in developing and updating training manuals.
• Visually inspect production for defects per standards.
• Monitor product quality issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Get the proper material to the required machine safely and efficiently.
