Job summary

LG Electronics, a global technology leader, is seeking an Operator Trainer in Clarksville, TN. The role focuses on training production operators on equipment and processes, diagnosing mechanical issues, and identifying development needs through regular conversations and observation.

You will assist in performance reviews and update training manuals. Candidates should have 3–7 years of production experience, strong communication, and a deep understanding of complex equipment and manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 3–7 years of production experience.
• Experience mentoring and coaching operators.
• Strong understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train Operators on equipment and processes.
• Assist Operators in diagnosing mechanical problems and corrections.
• Identify training and development needs through observation and conversation.
• Support Manager in reviewing Operator performance.
• Assist in development and update of training manuals.
• Visually inspect production for defects against standards.
• Monitor product quality issues and resolve.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Ensure proper material handling to machines safely and efficiently.
