Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Dryer 2 Operator at our MI Wayland facility to support the Production team. Responsibilities include operating the dryer, maintaining safety, and ensuring accurate inventory entry while adhering to GMP and SOPs.

Forklift operation and line improvements are part of the role, with a focus on quality and efficiency. The position is full-time on the 1st shift (Thu–Mon, off Tue/Wed) from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, offering competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Follow instructions and process documents accurately.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication.
• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate Dryer 2 and support the Production team to meet schedules.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow GMP/SOP procedures.
• Ensure materials are stocked and correctly entered into inventory.
• Lead CIP, plug clearance, and other line improvement activities.
