As a Store Manager, you drive retail growth through motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style. You support the Dry Goods brand by directing activities required to achieve all store goals, elevating associate and customer engagement, and presenting an inspiring, fashionable store environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Motivate store employees to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
  • Execute all duties of a sales associate and keyholder
  • Coordinate the interview process: conduct screenings, interviews, and references
  • Maintain appropriate staffing - forecast future staffing needs
  • Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service and increase sales – provide feedback and performance evaluations
  • Develop associate’s skills to meet store goals - conduct ongoing training for new and existing employees
  • Complete payroll and time clock maintenance
  • Administer employee benefit enrollment and usage
  • Implement merchandising plans and monitor store's visual appearance and cleanliness
  • Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and business needs
  • Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
