You will greet customers, assist with sales, help train new hires, handle opening and closing duties, and work day, evening, and weekend shifts. The role offers a base wage of $16.00 per hour with overtime eligibility, aligned with qualifications.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role supporting management in store operations.
• Experience in retail sales and knowledge of products is preferred.
• Ability to train new hires and support opening/closing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals.
• Develop relationships to grow your business.
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience.
• Unpack and display stock and maintain a visually appealing and clean store.
• Assist with new hire training and open/close the store for business.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
