Job summary

Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking a Keyholder to support store leadership in daily operations and customer service. You will drive sales, share product knowledge, and maintain an inviting, well‑presented store environment.

You will help unpack stock, assist with training, and participate in opening/closing procedures while working varied shifts, including weekends. This role offers growth within a family‑owned fashion retailer.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
