Dry Goods is seeking a dedicated Keyholder at Louis Joliet Mall in Joliet, IL to support management, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive store performance. You will respond to customers, share product knowledge, and help maintain an appealing store environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, achieving sales goals, stocking displays, training new hires, and opening/closing the store.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Familiarity with store operations and merchandising is a plus.

As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you play an important role in supporting the management team with store operations. Your focus is to provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the customer experience - greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts

The expected base wage for this Illinois based position is $16.00/hr* with overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
