Job summary

Dry Goods USA is seeking a friendly Retail Keyholder to support store operations in Illinois. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and ensure a clean, engaging shopping environment while helping drive sales and represent the brand on the floor.

As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you play an important role in supporting the management team with store operations. Your focus is to provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

What You’ll Do

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts

The expected base wage for this Illinois based position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr* and overtime eligibility. Pay range listed is provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
