As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you play an important role in supporting the management team with store operations. Your focus is to provide one‑of‑a‑kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals

• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts

The expected base wage for this Illinois based position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr* with overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
