Dry Goods USA is seeking a motivated Keyholder to support store operations and drive a superior customer experience in Virginia. You will build strong relationships with customers, share product knowledge, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

You will assist with training, open/close the store, and be ready to work day, evening, and weekend shifts while helping achieve individual and team sales goals.

As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you play an important role in supporting the management team with store operations. Your focus is to provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

The expected base wage for this Virginia based position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr* with overtime eligibility. Successful candidates; wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
