Job summary

Dry Goods USA in Virginia Beach is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager, coach associates, and help customers build their personal style. You will share product knowledge, drive sales, and keep the store clean and inviting.

The role requires flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts. We offer competitive wages, a merchandise discount, comprehensive benefits, and a 401(k). Wages start at $18.00 per hour with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Prior retail supervisory experience preferred.

The expected base wage for this Virginia based position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr* with overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
