Job summary

Dry Goods USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with all operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

As part of our team, you’ll work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts while developing relationships to grow store business and executing duties of a sales

Qualifications

• Ability to motivate associates and lead by example.
• Strong relationship-building and product knowledge.
• Flexible to work day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Experience supporting store operations and customer service.
