Dry Goods, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager in leading a team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving store performance. You will coach associates, share product knowledge, and ensure standards of presentation and operations align with company guidelines.

This role requires flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts, and offers opportunities for advancement through our internal promotion policy.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with all operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.
