Job summary

Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with all operations.

You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store. You will lead by example, manage day-to-day store operations, and ensure a welcoming, well-merchandised shopping environment.

• Experience supervising retail associates.
• Ability to motivate teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Proven track record in growing store business through relationships.

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
