Dry Goods USA in Newark, Delaware, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager by motivating associates, sharing product knowledge, and delivering one‑of‑a‑kind service through relationship building and maintaining a clean, exciting store environment.

You will train, coach and lead by example, develop relationships to grow the store business, and execute duties of a sales associate to help hit individual and store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management preferred.
