Dry Goods USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager by coaching associates, building customer relationships, and driving store performance. You will lead by example, train staff, and help create an exciting, well-organized shopping environment.

The role focuses on team development, achieving sales targets, and ensuring outstanding service while coordinating day-to-day store operations. This position requires flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Job description

Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with all operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.
