Job summary

Von Maur, Inc. in Greenwood, IN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates, sharing product knowledge, and delivering one-of-a-kind service through relationship building and presenting a clean, exciting store.

You will train and coach staff, develop relationships to grow the store business, and execute duties of a sales associate to reach individual and store goals, while ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
