Dry Goods is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Franklin, TN to support the store manager in motivating associates, delivering personal style guidance to customers, and maintaining an inviting store environment.

You will train and coach staff, build relationships to grow business, and ensure smooth store operations with a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
