Job summary

Dry Goods is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assist with all operations.

You will provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, share product knowledge, and maintain a clean, exciting store. Expect a role with day, evening and weekend shifts and opportunities for internal growth.

• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
