Job summary

ILLES Foods seeks a Dry Production Blender Operator to run assigned blending equipment safely and efficiently, aligning with process and quality standards. The role emphasizes GMP, Good Manufacturing Practices, and timely batch execution as part of the production team.

You will learn blending operations, support production activities under supervision, and develop proficiency on equipment while upholding ILLES Foods’ core values of integrity and partnership. The position runs 6 a.m.

Qualifications

• Product blending is preferred; food industry experience is a plus.
• High School or equivalent or ability to obtain within specified time.

Responsibilities

• Verify raw materials, containers, and labels against batch sheets and report discrepancies.
• Add ingredients in the correct sequence according to batch instructions.
• Operate designated small blenders and support equipment after training.
• Support production activities across departments and equipment platforms as needed.
• Perform basic equipment setup and disassembly to support production flow.
• Monitor production processes and notify leadership of equipment or quality concerns.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and packaging compliance.
• Stack, label, and move finished goods.
• Document production activities in RiteTime and ROSS after training.
