Job summary

ILLES Foods is hiring a Liquid Machine Operator to set up and run filling/packaging lines in our production facility. You will ensure labels, batch data, and product quality meet standards while maintaining equipment and safety practices.

The role requires accuracy, adherence to GMP, and proactive communication with supervisors and QA. Prior packaging experience is a plus; full-time hours apply in a union-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent is required.
• 0-2 years food industry experience recommended.
• Packaging equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate up to two filling/packaging machines.
• Verify materials, components, and labels against batch sheet.
• Load correct label files, input variable data, and obtain FSQA label approval.
• Conduct job changeovers and monitor safety and production efficiency.
• Inspect seal integrity, print quality, and weight of products.
• Record production data in RiteTime and Ross systems.
• Operate HMI systems and maintain SPC charts.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and follow GMPs and safety standards.
