Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in related science/engineering field with 4+ years of wafer fabrication process engineering experience.
Master's in related science/engineering field with 2+ years of process engineering experience in wafer fabrication.
Ph.D. in related science or engineering field.

Responsibilities

Lead engineers and technicians on shift and manage performance, development and employee relations.
Partner with other Group Leaders and MTLs to ensure consistency across functional areas.
Own the roadmap to meet goals on safety, cost, quality, availability, training and employee relations.
