Skills and Requirements

• -Troubleshoot and repair hardware and process-related issues on Dry Etch tools including:
• AMAT (DPSII, DPS, MxP, MxP+, IPS, Super E, 5200), ULVAC, Gasonics, Fusion Gemini, and LAM (4400, Coronus).
• -Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with standardized work instructions.
• -Utilize SPC charts and FabGuard Fault Detection & Classification (FDC) systems to monitor and evaluate tool performance.
• -Document maintenance activities and contribute to improvements in standardized work documentation for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• -Manage spare parts inventory and support area operational needs.
• -Take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
• -Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a 7x24 manufacturing environment.
• -Apply strong troubleshooting, data analysis, communication, and teamwork skills.
