Qualifications

• Pursuing a career in semiconductors and engineering or related science field.
• Current student and cannot graduate before September 2027.
• Background in electromechanical hardware or semiconductor equipment.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new programs quickly, use AI-enabled tools responsibly, and apply data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership of safety, quality, and compliance in lab, fab, and equipment settings.
• Present and clearly articulate work findings to team members.
• Conduct experiments to understand hardware capability limits and performance.
• Develop in-process hardware and analytical techniques for plasma etch equipment.
• Maintain data integrity, analysis, documentation, and communication of results.
• Address complex engineering problems related to plasma etch hardware and processes.
• Collaborate respectfully with cross-functional teams to solve challenges.
