Job summary

Georgetown Cleaners & Laundry is hiring a Dry cleaning Counter Customer Service Associate at our Fond du Lac location. You will greet customers, help with drop-offs and pick-ups, and keep the front counter welcoming.

We offer flexible part-time hours, friendly team atmosphere, and employee discounts on laundry and dry cleaning. Starting pay is $12.50/hour with a 90-day review for possible increase.

Qualifications

• Friendly, helpful attitude and great communication skills.
• Basic math skills for making change and running the register.
• Detail-oriented, even when it’s busy.
• Willingness to learn about our services.
• Able to work flexible hours, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist with drop-offs & pick-ups
• Tag, check in, and prepare clothing orders
• Operate our POS system for payments (cash & card)
• Keep the front counter and laundromat neat and welcoming
• Complete Wash/Dry/Fold orders as needed
• Answer questions in-person and over the phone

• Wed/Fri: 3 PM – 7 PM
