Job summary

Rad Hires, LLC is seeking a Tech Lead / Architect (Drupal) to drive architecture and technical design for enterprise Drupal projects on a remote basis in the United States. You will mentor teams, lead client discussions, and ensure scalable, secure software across frontend and backend integration.

The role requires 7+ years in Drupal development, headless Drupal experience, Acquia certification, and strong communication with international clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in Drupal development.
• Headless/decoupled Drupal experience, and Acquia certification (Drupal 10/11).
• Proven experience designing and implementing technical architecture for enterprise-level platforms.
• Experience in client-facing or consulting role, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end integration.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
• Solid knowledge of web standards, APIs, security, and performance optimization.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) for direct communication with international clients.
