Qualifications

4+ years of experience with Scrum/Kanban Methodologies.
4+ years of experience serving as the Product Owner or Scrum Master.
Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of functioning as a business analyst for the federal government.
Functional knowledge of Drupal-based web applications, using Agile and DevSecOps methods.
Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Envision, develop, and create requirements to improve tools to streamline processes and improve metrics.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to create shared understanding and roadmaps.
Decompose epics into features and user stories for development teams.
Facilitate Increment and planning sessions with clients and teams.
Assist teams with using JIRA to track work across product teams and report progress.
